Legoland Solar Project, Florida

Steel carport solar system. I oversaw all aspects of construction on this project from engineering through permitting including structural and electrical construction. All conduits were bored in underground throughout the entire system without any asphalt damage. This was a self perform project. On-Time completion.

Tampa International Airport Solar Project, Florida

I oversaw all aspects of construction including structural and electrical. Project involved pumping (1,409) cubic yards of concrete up 6 stories at night to cast (124) 8' high concrete columns capped by (6,815) linear feet of concrete beams to support (1,404) 4"X8" steel beams used to support the solar array. This was a self perform project. On-Time completion.

Branson Mall Project, Missouri

Size: 65,000 Square Feet

I oversaw all aspects of construction including structural and electrical. This was a complete remodel of a mall in Branson, MO that had been hit by a tornado and then exposed to the elements for several years prior to an entire remodel and roof repair. A 65,000 square foot mall including 18 suites in addition to a Ruby Tuesday restaurant and a live theater. It was a complete remodel including new drywall, flooring, ceilings, HVAC, electrical upgrades including LED lighting, new roof, new facade and sign, and fresh paint inside and out. On-Time completion.

Fort Biggs Solar Project, Texas

1MW ground mount solar system at Ft Biggs in El aso, TX. I oversaw the medium voltage work, commissioning and start-up. This was a self perform project. On-Time completion.

1MW rooftop and carport solar system across (6) schools in Taft California. This was a self perform project. On-Time completion.

JACAM Chemicals Reactor Upgrade Project, Kansas

CUSTOMER: JACAM Chemicals

PLC Upgrade on (2) high temperature chemical reactors for operation in excess of 500F. Involved writing a new program for the PLC to accommodate new valve sequencing and modifications to the oil recovery system.
