• Oversee 60 workers at peak construction of 1.8 Mw Legoland Solar project in Winter Haven, FL, ensuring the efficient, accurate execution of estimating, master scheduling, subcontract negotiation, structural, electrical, and vendors/subcontractors’ oversight.
• Supervise all trades and maintain a master schedule while documenting progress for a 65K-square foot mall renovation in Missouri.
• Disassemble 100+ variable frequency drives and present information to the workers and contractors, including testing all components and package for stock in Louisiana and maintaining liaison with the planning team to ensure compliance with the schedule.
• Direct the 1Mw ground mount solar installation at Fort Biggs in El Paso, TX.
• Manage a total of 1Mw of solar on carport and rooftop installation and construction for six California schools with maximum productivity.
• Supervised construction of solar installations while coordinating labor forecasts and job staffing requirements on an ongoing basis.
